Terrance L. Culp is a nationally recognized speaker, learning and development consultant, pastor, and leadership strategist. His work has equipped corporate professionals, nonprofit organizations, churches, educational institutions, and conference audiences across the country.
Terrance serves as the Senior Pastor of Perfecting Love Charlotte, a Christ-centered ministry founded on the conviction that “We love because God loves us.” Since its founding in 2017, Perfecting Love Charlotte has cultivated a ministry culture that is unapologetically Black, spiritually grounded, community-minded, and committed to creating spaces where people can experience the transforming love of God.
As the founder of Terrance L. Culp Ministries, he has spent over two decades preaching the Gospel, developing leaders, and serving communities with tangible love. His ministry has impacted thousands of lives through his itinerant preaching, leadership seminars, and pastoral care.
Terrance’s voice and expertise have also been featured across radio and television platforms. He has served as a guest lecturer at universities, a panelist for conversations on leadership, faith, communication, and community impact, and a clinician for conferences, churches, and leadership gatherings. Across each platform, he brings a distinctive ability to connect practical leadership principles, compelling communication, and transformative insight.
In the corporate space, Terrance is the voice behind #CulpIsSpeaking — a trusted brand for Fortune 500 companies, national conferences, and leadership summits. His corporate experience includes serving in leadership development and organizational learning at Cardinal Health, where he honed his expertise in professional speaking, leadership development, organizational learning, and faith leadership.
Through Culp Learning Modalities, he leads a team of certified Learning & Development professionals who design custom training experiences that elevate organizational culture and performance. In 2026, Terrance was selected as a workshop presenter for the National Fatherhood Summit — recognized for his strong contribution to advancing responsible fatherhood and leadership development on a national stage.
